We are finally closing in on our Easter break, which starts at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday.

6th Grade PowerPoint
We'll start work with PowerPoint this week.

Keyboarding
The next few weeks will be devoted to the number keys.

7th Grade Writing
We're going to switch gears and begin Narrative Writing.

8th Grade History
This week will be devoted to Easter.

For the week of Mar. 26 - 30

This week ends our 3rd quarter. Time flies! Secondary students will be taking exams on Thursday and Friday. Students taking exams will be dismissed at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday and all students will be dismissed at 11:30 a.m. on Friday.

6th Grade Excel
You'll receive your final Excel assignment on Monday.

Keyboarding
7th/8th grade is the only class meeting this week because of exams. You will have time to research for your Science Fair project.

7th Grade Writing
We'll work with various skill builders this week.

8th Grade History
We'll be reviewing for the exam on Thursday. Your exam will be over Chapters 7, 8, and 9. No Current Events this week.

For the week of March 19 - 23

This is the last full week before exams.

For the week of Mar. 5 - 9

6th Grade Excel
You will be given an assignment on Monday that will be due on Friday.

Keyboarding
We'll finish up lesson 11 with Autoblends, self test, and 3-minute timed test.

7th Grade Writing
You will finish up your last descriptive writing assignment on Monday and then we'll move onto explaining a process.

8th Grade History
A test over Chapter 8 will be given on Tuesday. We'll begin Chapter 9 on Wednesday.
