For the week of Feb. 26 - Mar. 2

Progress reports for secondary students are going home on Monday. There are two assemblies this week: Critter Guy on Monday and Abe Lincoln on Thursday. Monday's assembly for 6th and 7th will be from 11:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and for 8th - 10th from 1:00 - 2:10 p.m. The Abe Lincoln Assembly will be from 8:45 - 9:45 a.m.

6th Grade Excel
Class onMonday will not begin until approximately 1:00 p.m. You will have various assignments in Excel throughout the rest of the week.

Keyboarding
We will be working with the slash, question mark, apostrophe, and quotation mark keys.

7th Grade Writing
We'll be describing a pet and a person this week.

8th Grade History
We'll begin chapter 8 this week. Current Events are due on Friday.

For the week of Feb. 19 - 23

This is Spiritual Life Week. Secondary students will be attending chapel each day during 2nd hour. Don't forget Broomball at the Andronaco's on Friday!

6th Grade MS Excel
We'll be discussing charting and sorting in Excel.

Keyboarding
No classes will meet this week due to Spiritual Life Week.

7th Grade Writing
We are going to begin WriteShop I.

8th Grade History
You have a test over Chapter 7 on Monday. We'll be viewing videos about China Tues., Wed., and Thurs. Current Events are due on Friday.

For the week of Feb. 12 - 16

This is a short week with Friday being a day off for Winter Break.

6th Grade Excel
You will be given your first assignment on Monday (Due Tuesday) and we'll talk about more Excel features.

Keyboarding
Last week's lesson is moved to this week due to the snow days. We'll be working with Autoblends.

7th Grade Writing
We'll finish up our Plagiarism unit on Tuesday and begin working with writing dialogue.

8th Grade History
We'll finish up Chapter 7 on Monday. A test over Chapter 7 will be given on Thursday. Current Events are due on Thursday.

For the week of Feb. 5 - 9

We are beginning a new quarter and a new semester this week. 10th Grade students will now be going to art. I will miss having you in class! 7th grade will begin a writing class with me during third hour. Report cards will go home Wednesday. Speech Meet will also be taking place during 2nd hour on Wednesday.

6th Grade Excel
We will begin talking about Microsoft Excel this week.

Keyboarding
We'll be working with AutoWords this week.

7th Grade Writing
We'll have our first classes this week. We'll begin by discussing what Plagiarism is and how to avoid it.

8th Grade History
We'll begin discussing Chapter 7 this week. Current Events are due on Friday.
